The good thing about kids not being able to tell the time is you can put them to bed pretty much whenever you like, just by telling them it's bedtime, even if it's not even eight o'clock. *is evil*

But damn, I need the quiet time. Was just about to board my bus home when I realised it had been hours since I took the painkillers and my cramps were coming back big time. Got on anyway, thinking, they can't get that bad in half an hour. Eeeee! Wrong!

Even better, I accidentally sat down in a seat that was bent out of shape and then a big woman sat down beside me and the bus got full so I couldn't change seats and had to sit bent forward the whole time. And it was one of those buses that has adverts plastered over the windows and despite the tiny holes making you able to see through it still feels like you can't. Cue massive motion sickness.

By the time I got home I felt ready to roll over and die. Hardly said hello to hubby before running into the bathroom and puking my guts out. Then, after swallowing another double dose of Ibuprofen, I made him go buy me Coke before he had to run off to work (some school dance) and am now lying on the couch, trying to relax.

Sometimes I hate being a woman. This would be one of those times.

kids, health, stupid uterus, bus
