Shopping!!
My anxiety about going to Crete was reduced somewhat today when I managed to find not only a gorgeous skirt that fit me but a hippie blouse and sunglasses as well. And I already have my eyes on two pair of sandals which I'm going to buy on Tuesday (everything is closed tomorrow and Monday) So even if I'll be the biggest one in our group at least I'll be pretty!
We also bought: sandals, three t-shirts and a hippie shirt for the little guy; another hippie shirt for hubby (we will look like a group of treehuggers, I think I need to get some peace buttons and pot) and yesterday he bought himself sandals, trousers, a football shirt and the infamous see through underpants. (Which I'm wearing at the moment because I couldn't find any clean ones of my own. Plus manpanties make better room for your... privates)
Have left to buy: sandals and a long sleeve blouse (hippie!) for the girl, underwear for me, a top or two, preferably some swimwear as well but from what I've seen it's not likely I'll find any. PLus probably lots of other things I can't remember right now.
We'll be broke before we even get on the plane. *headdesk*
Thing is we're not exactly used to warm weather and so don't have too many clothes for that, not that fit anymore anyway. So it's either wearing the same pants all the time and smelling or buying some alternates.
In other news... I'm wearing see-through manpanties!! Erm... I already told you that, didn't I? Well, I just like saying manpanties. Which is a word I think I just made up but it sounds funny.
