Finland fucking won!!
I am so drunk I'm close to throwing up. Every time our selected country got 12 points we had to drink a shot of ouzo. My country was Russia. 7 bloody shots! Curse his delicious hip bones!
Jesus Christ, ouzo is the most horrible drink since the beginning of time. Probably didn't help I had rose wine and beer and vodka (Russian of course) and sangria and hot shots as well.
Hubby was Finland. He looked great. Pink hair, lots of eyeliner, studded leather and black nail polish. Not to mention the mask he put on while the song was playing. Everyone thought he looked great but scary. I thought he looked great and sexy. Men with eyeliner make my juices flow. *g* Pics tomorrow.
The roof practically went off the house once it was clear who was the winner. No one could believe it even if every time they got 12 points (8 times, 8 ouzo shots for hubby *g*) we cheered like it was us. I don't care what people say, it was a bloody good song, it was a fabulous show and after 40 years it was about time Finland got some. Congratulations!! Highest score in the history of Eurovision! About time Europe realised there is other music than pussy-pop out there.
