The long and misleading adventure of The Doors of Time.

First, I want to thank all you interested parties reading this for your patience with me in supplying news about The Doors of Time since I pulled it down. I've been avoiding answering requests and questions about it for so long because I didn't know what I was allowed to say without jeopardising my chances. I don't think I have ever commented before but I have been reading your stories for years.
The Doors of Time is one of my all time favorite story and you are by far my favorite Icelandic author.

Congratulations on being in the top 10, but I'm sad to hear that you weren't in the top 3. I hope that some publisher reads your story soon and understand what a magical world you have created. The story is more than good enough to be published, so don't give up.
If I remember correctly I read some where that J.K.Rowling was about to give up because all she got was no and now her books have been sold all over the world.
As far as translating it, in my opinion stories that have been translated (to Icelandic) are never as good as the original version so I would focus on the English version. But then again, I have never read a story were the author did it themselves so that might be it.

I would buy the book in a heartbeat. Even if I had the eBook already, I would want the book in my bookshelf next to my other favorite books.
I really believe that I will see a story from you someday in Hagkaup or Eymundsson (or any other store, I just know I probably go to those stories to buy it).

Aftur, ég elska The Doors of Time og ég vona að þér takist að fá söguna útgefna.
