My son was sewing a snake at school and didn't manage to finish so they send him home with the snake and some stuffing.
The number of penis jokes this has managed to inspire between my two kids is staggering.

I guess they really are my kids.
In other news, my son won the talent show in his school last night, singing Mad World. It was awesome! The boy who said he wasn't good at anything finally discovered his talent (well, I knew he has many but he never believed me) and got some recognition. I'm so proud and happy for him. I think this will be a great confidence boost for him. You should have seen his face when the kids in his class flocked around him to drag him to the stage to get the price. (He'd been standing in the corner, barely paying attention to the announcements, just eating his candy. lol) He got a big shiny cup, a large bag of liquorice (his favourite), a pizza party for the whole family, a hat and a free ticket to the yearly ball later this year. Yay!
