My pathetic attempt at stalking
I didn't have any classes today so after the kids were off to school I crawled back into bed and slept until 11 am. *yawns* Then had a shower and called mr_felis to see if he was free to meet me downtown for a coffee, which he would bee soon enough. Cut to me arriving downtown half an hour later and calling him to see where to meet.
Me: Hi, I'm here. Where are you?
mr_felis: I'm in front of the parliament, ogling your boyfriend.
Me: OMGOMGOMG, I'm on my way!!
They're filming The Man Who Sold the World, about Wikileaks, which partly happens in Iceland and Benedict Cumberbatch is playing Julian Assange. I got to hubby and he'd been hanging around for a while, even took a stroll through the crowd as they paused filming which is when he came face-to-face with Benedict. He said there was no way he would have realized it was him otherwise because he was looking all weird and creepy with shoulder length white hair.
Anyway, we stood there a little while, staring at Benny's back (the white hair made him easier to see, plus he's pretty tall), then took an innocent stroll closer when they paused but he must have ducked into one of the tents. So we went to have coffee instead and when we got back they were all done and gone. Oh well. Maybe we'll run into him again. They're here for the weekend at least, I think.
