(no subject)
The tooth I broke before New Year's and had to have emergency dentist service on, broke AGAIN today, just on the other side. *sighs* I think it might be one of my dead teeth, the ones that have had a root canal. At least I'm not feeling anything. Still, I need to get it fixed since it's all pointy and ugly. I have another broken tooth since September. Stupid teeth. I don't have money for fixing you, why can't you stay intact?
Also, am having anxiety issues. Possibly because I ran out of two of my meds (the thyroid one and my betablockers) and I can't find my prescription for either of them or any of my meds really. Which means they're probably all in the same "safe" place, whatever mysterious place that is. I wish all the drugstores would have these handy little cards that fit into your wallet but most don't and I can never remember which ones do and so now I don't have any like that, they're all big paper sheet ones that I lose once I get home. But yes, having trouble sleeping and just now my heart started speeding up and my throat closing and my hands and feet get tingly the way they get when I'm really stressed. And I'm just sitting here, doing nothing but watching TV! Stupid body.
Also, hairloss. One of those fun symptoms of having an inactive thyroid. In most cases it gets better once you take meds. In my case it keeps getting thinner and thinner. I can easily see the shape of my own head now. If anyone has any good advice, please share. Most thyroid/Hashimoto sites seem to have the same "sorry, just go buy a wig" advice. Which is not helping AT ALL. I'm already taking D vitamins and B12. Someone suggested selenium. Anything else you can think of?
BUT since I'd decided to focus on the positive things in life: It's Friday and tomorrow night I'm going to a party which promises to be awesome. Also, I have chocolate. Also, there are even more drool-worthy Michael Muller Jensen Ackles pics on Tumblr. Guh. So many feels in my pants.
