I don't believe this shit.

They closed the submission portal one day early. People are going berserk on their site. It clearly says October 1st to 14th.

Well, there went my chance.

[ETA. Yay! They've admitted their mistake and are going to open again soon. When and for how long they don't say, details clearly aren't their strong suit, but at least I haven't completely missed my chance. NOw to work some more on that damn query letter. Anyone able to think of a nice hook* for me? Everything I try sounds so cheesy.]
