(no subject)
This Saturday is my 20 year junior college reunion. 20 years!! How did that happen? God, I feel old. *groans*
I'm not going because 1) I already made plans because 2) they forgot to invite me until 4 days ago even if one of the guys on the committee was in my class AND I ran into him and gave him my email four months ago AND I'm on Facebook where all the organization was going on for the last THREE months AND I have a name that makes me pretty damn easy to find as I'm the only person in the whole damn world who has it *rolls eyes*. And 3) I didn't really like any of them then, had nothing in common with them and felt completely out of place the whole 4 years which is not likely to have changed 20 years and 30 kilos later.
I'm maybe going to pop in for a short while at the pre-party because it starts at 6 pm and the other party I'm going to isn't until 8:30 pm. So I can say hi, feel just as awkward and out of place as last reunion 5 years ago and then go to the other party to get drunk and have actual fun. Although not too drunk since it's at my teacher's house and she's like 65 years old and has a heart condition so... no hour-long rant about slash fanfiction this time!
Anyway, someone has been posting a lot of youtube videos with "Remember this one!" songs to put us in the mood and ok, I gotta admit, this one did make me smile.
