(no subject)
So today was kind of stressful. Took Georgy to the emergency animal hospital after he peed blood (sorry if I'm grossing you out), and it turns out he has a urinary tract infection. So after about three after we get there, were finally leaving, out of nowhere a boxer attacks Georgy. Poor Georgy was just trying to get away, put this damn dog would just not let up. I ended up being cornered and had to toss the leash to a nurse who literally drag Georgy out of the lobby and down the hall before someone got the boxer off of him. He wasn't hurt, at least, and I seemed more shaken than he was, but damn, that dog never gets a break. In the past two and half weeks he's already scraped up his paw climbing the fence and climbed on the counter thrice trying to escape during a thunderstorm. It's a damn good thing he's cute.
Anyway, now that I have that off my chest: Life in Kansas-not very exciting. I have no job, I've yet to finish unpacking all my shit, and if you drive a few minutes North of my house, there's a field of cows. Still kind of surreal. But I know how to get to the mall, and thus, the bookstore, so I'm good. My parents found a signed mass, so I'm actually going to church for the first time in a while. Also, Amy is planning to visit soon. Yay!
