A warning to everyone else.
Last night the Guard on duty was killed by the newborn he was escorting to Temporary Housing. The guard's name was Reel, and my condolences go out to his friends and family. I realize this isn't the ideal way to pass on the news, and I apologize for that.
According to the description, the killer is male, and about 191 cm tall. He's got blond hair, one red eye and one blue eye, and calls himself Tandava.
Since he didn't bother to kill the only witness, I doubt he cares about being discreet. Please be alert going about your business.
