2010_09_27 Spitzer has diabetes
I was away on vacation and the pet sitter noticed Spitzer was rather thin. He took Spitzer into the vet, had blood work drawn and was sent home with an antibiotic.
And the labs came back with a glucose > 400 !!!
The sitter wasn't equipped to handle learning about insulin and glucose testing, so I arranged for Spitzer to be boarded until I've returned from vacation and have time to meet with the vet.
Anyone dealt with this before ?
