I'm back?
Yeah, but probably not for very long. I do a random post every few months it seems. We'll see how long it lasts this time.
So, we're moving to Texas. Don't have a date set yet, we've only just started packing the house, but things have been set in motion and we are packing up the house and all our sh*t within. So we are past the 'still just talking about it' stage, finally.
In other news, I've come to a sad epiphany. I'm a dork among dorks. I have very few friends offline, but this is not so unusual these days, especially when you consider how much I'm online. However, I also have very few friends online, too. Oh sure, there's some people I see every so often and say hi to or chat for a few minutes, but not a whole lot that I can truly call a friend, instead of just an acquaintance.
Even within my gaming clan this holds true. There are some familiar voices and names, some I talk to a little more, but not much else. The fact that my only friend that still lives near me IRL is also in the clan does not count. In my defense, however, I haven't been up much to playing games with other people. I've been following my somewhat anti-social behavior again. Yeah, I talk and laugh and joke and I'm still me, but I haven't gone out of my way for any of it, and in fact just let it come to me. Yes, I am that lazy.
So, I'm an outcast among outcasts. Hurray for my special skills in anti-socialist... er... anti-social behaviors. But that's just me. There's EE~EEVERYBODY else, and then there's me. Been said since I was a baby, holds true to this day.
