[She sounds tired, but not entirely so.]

I'm not saying "you're welcome" until you name them...if you think you can.

The first was Mozart's Rondo, first played in 1776.

And the second, Libertango, 1974, by Ástor Piazzolla.

One more, but it's easy.

[He plays this.]

A particularly difficult choice, impressive. The 3rd movement of Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto in D major.

I did. And it is comforting to know that I have that knowledge intact as well.

Ah, yes. You have been out of contact.

I died recently. An odd sentence. But my memories are intact, and my knowledge, from what I have been able to check. Of course, if one was missing something intangible, it would take time to notice.

Mmm.

...'course, would you even remember you forgot it?

List all the shires in England!

Exactly. I would not know what I had forgotten.

I am sorry, but I did never learn them all. Some of the larger ones I could name. Kent, Buckinghamshire, Devonshire, Glocestershire, Cornwall, Nottinghamshire, Dorsetshire, Lancashire... I shall not bore you by continuing on.

[Voice] Really. It's...helpful! feline_sonata June 1 2009, 07:38:52 UTC
Oh, I know. Name all reigning monarchs since Richard the Lionhearted! And the years of their reign!

[Voice] She knows he's trying. vile_queen June 1 2009, 07:46:39 UTC
Richard the first? In truth, Oliver? That is not something I memorized... After him you have the Johns, Edwards, the Henrys, Jane, Mary, and Elizabeth, the commonwealth, the restoration... that is a great list of names.
