Hyper!Chibis
Rose found out the hard way why you didn't give chibis sugar, especially the chibiDoctor. Their two doppelgängers had somehow got into the sweets cupboard and consumed a package of chocolate biscuits and Jelly Babies before they were found. Instead of meeping and cowering in fear, the chibiDoctor meeped, literally bounced out of the crumpled Jelly Baby bag, and attached himself to Rose's leg. ChibiRose exited the cupboard with more dignity--running instead of bouncing--and, meeping indignantly, began to hit the chibiDoctor over the head with the Jelly Baby she'd been sucking on. In response, the object of her meeped tirade began running around the kitchen, meeping and squeaking in dismay. ChibiRose's meeps and squeaks alternated between indignation and castigation.
Perching on the kitchen table to stay out of reach, Rose watched with growing amusement, occasionally cheering on her small counterpart. The entertainment ended when the chibiDoctor tripped over the empty biscuit wrapper, ending in a tiny heap on the floor. ChibiRose was too surprised to stop herself and tripped over the wrapper as well, landing on top of her friend. They lay in a startled heap for several moments before both burst into high-pitched tears. Rose quickly jumped down from the table and scooped them up into her arms, trying to soothe them with soft words. When that didn't succeed, Rose rummage through the cupboards and found some chocolate to give them. Their tears soon subsided as they focused on the treat.
Unfortunately, by the time they were finished, both tiny faces were covered with chocolate. So Rose decided to give them a bath. She made the mistake of leaving them alone in the bath while she cleaned up the mess in the kitchen. When she returned to see how clean the chibis had managed to get, she found most of the water had ended up on the floor. Standing at opposite ends of the chibi-sized tub the TARDIS had been kind enough to provide, chibiRose and the chibiDoctor had their backs to each other and their arms crossed, clearly at odds with each other.
Pinching the bridge of her nose, Rose sighed. If this was going to happen every time the chibis got to the sweets, they were going to need to find a better way of hiding them. She didn't want to deal with incidents like this on a regular basis. An evil smile found it's way across her face. She could always set them on the Doctor after feeding them chocolate, biscuits, and Jelly Babies. Especially when he'd been his most frustrating best...
