got really bored last night!
Well me and Lacey did end up going skating last night.. but there wasn't hardly anyone there.. besides they usual! aLi, Josh J, Brandon.. ya know? Matt and Ryan Edney or something like that was there too.. but they left shortly after we got there..! So I called Jamie and he came and got us and we rode around for a lil while.. well more like 30 mins then we went back to tha rink and mom came and got us.. and that was pretty much it.. I came home and talked to Josh B! -Janzen comes home today.. wonder if he'll actually call.. haha! Speaking of I wrote a poem- I got really bored last night when I was waiting on mom to get home.. yeah, it is about Janzen.. technically Janzen/Brittany but the point was about him.. so here goes!
*To Be Her*
Many times I had caught myself thinkin'
What it would be like to be her..
To be the one with your heart,
The one who, everyone knew, you had loved from the start..
For that one wish, I would of given it all,
To not have to sit around prayin' for you to call..
Knowing that I was the one,
The one to be havin' all the fun..
Talkin' to you late at night,
The make up's and all the fights..
It would of ALL been worth it in my eyes,
But then I realized..
The girl I dreamed of being, WAS me,
You just weren't mine, TOTALLY..
I knew from the beginning you cared for both of us..
But it was aparent it was her,
That you preferred..
We had our tears and our laughter,
But for some reason it could never be "happily ever after"..
You told me we needed "time apart",
For you to decide what was really in your heart..
It was almost too clear to me,
Exactly how you wanted it to be..
I gave you your space,
But your kiss I still could taste..
Believe me, I tried living my life without you,
But I kept wondering "what do I do"..
Some how, out of my mouth,
Those 3 words slipped..
And later you said she was a bitch..
You claim now that you love me too,
But only time will tell, if it's REALLY the truth!
