I knew Cas was coming back. It's, like, the worst kept spoiler in recent history (if it's even supposed to be a spoiler at all). The board I frequent is all abuzz with it. (When he's coming back, how he's coming back, Misha interviews, etc., etc.) He was also in the promo trailer they showed at the end of "Repo Man." So I knew Cas was coming back eventually. (Which is why I should stop frequenting the boards that I do, but my LJ peeps are quieter than they used to be.)
My money was originally on Misha playing the Big Bad, and Dick Roman either being a high-up lieutenant, or the Big Bad ditching the Roman disguise and coming back in Jimmy's form.
However, given the clip from last night (and keeping in mind that Previews Always Lie), it sounds like Cas shows back up (how?) with amnesia, no sense of who he is or what he can do. That could be interesting.
