Oh, flappy hands
Okay, I'll do my long and rambly later (thank you to all who responded. It's hard to tell how many people actually read when I get little feedback on the L&Rs. *smishes*)
But I had to get this down, because it's quite possibly what excited me most about the ep.
I just re-watched straight through, in an attempt to corral my thoughts. I've got a busy weekend this weekend, but I'll do my best to find a few hours to sit down and do this, cause there's much thinky that I want to get in writing.
But!
Gotta get this out.
Cas tells Crowley that he needs Hell in part "to keep Michael in Lucifer's cage."
DO YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS??????
This means that Michael can get out!
The cage was built to contain Lucifer. Not Michael.
DO YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS?????
It means that we could still see Jensen as Michael.
And they could fix the screw-ups they presented in Michael's character.
It also means that Adam is not necessarily in the cage at all, or at least might not be suffering, if Michael is protecting him.
Anyway . . .
MICHAEL COULD BE BACK! AND DEAN IS STILL A VESSEL!
Actually, there was much Dean goodness that I think I'm going to have to delve into in this ep. Not the least of which is that Jensen looked might good, as always.
Also, much harkening back to previous seasons.
