Tonight, tonight, tonight -- oh . . .
Or
I can feel it comin' in the air tonight.
Tonight is the much anticipated (by me, anyway) return of the Brothers Winchester to my TV. I'm kind of turning this day into an event because not only is it their return, but it's also the autumn equinox.
I've got homemade veggie soup in the crock pot, homemade bread in the bread machine, and I'm contemplating molasses cookies or pumpkin pie. (Mmmmm . . . pumpkin pie . . . You know, for Dean? It should probably be the pie. That answers that.)
Anyhoo . . .
I'm waiting to see how much I have to say whether or not I'll continue my long and ramblys this year. I know a lot of my f-list is dreading the show this season, and while I want you to feel welcome, I've of late felt the need to lay down some ground rules. The foremost being that "If you can't say something nice, don't say anything." I don't mind constructive criticism, but I'm going to take a page from my writing workshop: If you have a criticism, you are to also express a compliment of equal force or intensity.
But I don't want to turn this post into a list of rules. This is supposed to be a happy post.
Happy SPN Day!
Happy Fall!
Now to go check the pantry for pie ingredients.
Mmmmmm . . . . pumpkin pie . . . .
