I've been nominated at the SunnyD Awards! Yay!
So some of you know that I've had a really tough week ( f-locked post). It was especially gratifying and uplifting to receive a notification of my nominations this morning!

This is my first year at SunnyD, well, any award at all--since I jumped, head first, into fanfic writing only three months ago in February.
I'm especially shocked by the Best New Author nom for the one-shot "Here and Now" (am I not supposed to say things like that?), because, well, I had no idea I was going to write a story when I started with it (it was a bow and a nod to anaross). I wrote it before Spuffy became comic canon, so it's my own happy place. And I guess I'd better work on the next chapter (I'm upto Ch. 7 I think) for Edge of Sorrow. :)
OK, now I'm going to go and grab a pretty icon from those nice people at SunnyD. (Can you tell that I've never done this before?) BRB.
