Jaffa Cakes?

Reading about food on an empty stomach is torture. Jaffa Cakes makes another appearance in a story I'm reading ("Old Tricks" by the always inspired and inspiring il_mio_capitano). I've got to try it. Is this item listed on Amazon the genuine article?
