Obama's speech was very professional and presidential. I couldn't help but feel sick about what others had to say though and the sentiments of the crowd.
I didn't feel the same about Lowery's speech. In fact, I felt like he was trying to create a feeling of hatred and demonized both Asians and whites. Yellow keep it mellow... and white do what is right?! Why would you end a wonderful day on such a hateful note?
So what about women? I am not convinced. Woman still are punished more harshly for murdering s/o s in self defense than men who murder their s/o s and the leading cause of death in pregnant woman is homicide, and women got the right to vote in the year of 1920 after black men, and men are paid more than women even white women are paid less than black men.
