Ready for School to End

My interview thing went well.  Apparently, this summer, I will be working for the Dean.  Now, people of higher status (more power, smarter, older, etc) really intimidate me.  Now, the Dean is probably one of the highest if not the highest academically salaried person in the whole university (I'm pretty sure both football and basketball head coaches make more).  Let's just say I was kind of intimidated...

But I'm excited for the summer.  They said I could start as soon as the semester ends.  And after I'm feeling better (I get my wisdom teeth taken out right after finals).  I'll be working with bio-bricks and bacteria.  Bio-bricks are basically pieces of DNA that you put together to get an organism to make a protein or do a certain thing.  What I'll be doing is designing a method to quantify results.  It'll involve modeling and working in the lab putting DNA into bacteria.  This is exciting!!!!!  And they said by the end of the summer, I'll be one of few who can do this kind of stuff in the country.

I'm excited.  And I'm ready for school to end...  I hate school right now.  I have a test on friday in transport.  I'm not ready for that.  I have a lab report due tomorow that isn't done.  And I have a million group projects to finish before finals...  This stinks right now...
