My Apartment's Out to Get Me
So, I'm allergic to my house. Or, in the correct sense, I'm allergic to something in my house... The first sentence sounds better...
I get a really bad sore throat while at home. And it goes away if I'm away for a long period of time. I also looked down my throat and noticed why it hurts. The blood vessels are enflamed and irritated (a very good sign of allergies).
So, I spent yesterday attempting to clean the house. Trying to get rid of dust and any potential mold spots... My throat feels a little bit better, but it's still hurting. So, now I need to find out when the air filter was last changed and see if I can get the landlord to change it. If that doesn't work, then I'll have to buy an air purifier. If that doesn't work, then I'll have to beg the doctors to give me an allergy shot.
I went to the dentist today. I have a cavity... I'll be getting my wisdom teeth taken out over the summer... Apparently, I grind my teeth at night and might need a mouth guard for when I sleep. My teeth hurt....
So, driving home from Salt Lake was crazy. What should take 1.5 hours took 4.5 hours... Lots of snow and ice. Throw in a few wrecks that close two out of the three lanes on the freeway... It makes sense that it took that long to get home... And I wasn't going to brave the canyon... Glad I didn't. Atleast I'm home...
