Saturday Night Bored.
No one about and plans have fallen through, and so I sit bored and numb. It's very strange, I seem to have got obsessed with MTG again--ever since I got most of the cards for Arabian Nights, six more cards to go and I know where to get five of them. Bought a pack of Fallen Empires today, the so-called weakest set in Magic, I've always had a soft spot for the set though.
Another game that has been itching me lately is Warhammer 40K. There is no one to play with and the figures are too expensive and time consuming to bother with. That said I bought a new drill bit for my pin-vice and finally repaired my Queek Head-Taker. He is not 40K but I wish he was, I might still be playing. Keep wishing that I had my Harlequins, but they are the hardest figures to paint and even to track down.
Went to Second Cup and did a few sketches while drinking a Chocolate Chiller, trying to figure out how to spend a Saturday night when no one is around. It sucks. Might go for a walk a little later on, a bit dangerous but it's better than boredom.
Or maybe I'll paint Queek and his chum.
