hmm. wait for a month (or 2 years at most) for me to get over this fangirl thing for darth maul.
buuuuuuuuuuuuttt in the mean time,
I FUCKING WANT THE STAR WARS VISIONARIES
ive been reading about all these things on wookiepedia wookiepedia and at the end of the phantom menace darth maul tumbles over into the seemingly bottomless pit right? well in star wars visionaries, maul comes back as this cyborg with mechanical legs. view seeing what they had to offer id still like it, with 10 stories, ranging from darth maul to general greivous. yeah, seeing the art of maul as a cyborg isnt really that all impressive (the art of old wounds can be better from what ive seen) but it gives enough tease of star wars fans something to drool for. or something.

Ok whoever bought the StarWars Visionaries book like myself would know that Maul did live after TPM and not only he did that but survived through ep2 and ep3 and his life came to an end 3 years after ep3 on Tatooine. Here's an excerpt from his story, talking to Obi-Wan in front of Owen and Beru Lars with a 3 year old Luke in Owens arms....
Darth Maul: "I missed you on Kamino by 2 days." (And shows a pic of the landing platform Obi-Wan had fought Jango Fett on which is now a smokey ruin.)
Darth Maul: "I was a day behind you on Geonosis." (Which shows him standing next to a ruined Republic Gunship on the surface.)
Darth Maul:"I came across a Corpse on Mustafar i thought might've been you. Imagine my relief." (Which shows him crouching at a distance from Anakin's burned up corpse and Palpatine's shuttle from behind Maul in the distance arriving.)
Darth Maul: "Those mute runts on Polis Massa were the least satisfying lives i've ever taken. But their medical log was Worthwhile." (Showing him killing everyone in the medical facility.)
Darth Maul: "An old junk dealer in Mos Espa choked up a name before i seperated him from his Greed." (And shows Watto's head next to his body in his shop.)
Darth Maul: "I knew if i found the Boy, you'd come." Maul says to a hidden Obi-wan.
Obi Wan: "Does Palpatine know?
Maul: No. "There is no Palpatine. No Empire. No Jedi. There is no Light. No Dark....Just You and I here NOW!"
Obi-Wan: "We can do this for old time's sake. But i was a Padawan then...Now...You won't Heal clean!"
To found out how Maul dies buy the book and see how he dies again but not by Obi-Wan's Blade.....
