Did really good for food today...
Breakfast:
3 egg whites, scrambled
1/4 C fat free cheese
low fat small "fajita" grain tortillas
3 pieces of turkey bacon
Threw all of it into the tortillas!
3 salads
1 was romaine with a dressing I made from Kristin's Raw book called Isle of Capri
remaining two salads were organic spinach leaves with a home-made honey mustard dressing that was the TOTAL bomb!
1 Empanada (Bri made these)
Snacks:
1 bananna
1 fat free chocolate pudding cup served with fat free cool whip
I feel really good..drank 70 ounces of water so far today...Oh I had two cups of coffee this am with raw sugar and fat free half and half.
