Well I'm doing good goal-wise. I'm losing weight, and I feel really fit and skinny. I'm really proud of my progress. I've really kicked ass this month so far. I joined that gym, and I'm doing tons of turbo classes...so I'm looking forward to my progress and how I'll look on my birthday. Bri went out of town to New York, and just got back yesterday. While I missed him, it was beyond awesome having the house to myself, and just doing my own thing. The boys and I had a great time with ourselves, and we laughed alot, played alot. Good times, good times. LOL I also found a really cool website a couple of days ago. It's www.songu.com I joined up, and can't wait to see my progress. I also slept better and deeper than I have in MONTHS. I had no idea that that was the reason I'm always so tired. Having to sleep with brian in the same bed last night was beyond annoying. I mean it was a night and day difference. I woke up in a bad mood, and grumpy, whereas before I was jumping out of bed full of energy and well restedness. We had a nice little chat this morning about his sleep apnea and what's going to happen if he doesn't fix it. LOL He asked me a question about the time that it stopped (right after he mentioned that he's gained some more weight) and I gently told him that his snoring stopped when he lost all of that weight. He said he's going back on our shots, and I'm thrilled at the prospect of not only being able to sleep uninteruptted at night, but also that Bri is recognizing that it's time for him to be at a healthier weight. *grin* Let's just hope he goes through with it!
The boys have tomorrow and Monday off from school. I'm about to go work on cleaning the kitchen and do three turbo jam workouts: Ab Jam, (20 min) Cardio Party mix 2 (60 min cardio kickbox) and then Lower Body Jam (30 min leg routine) See ya'll later...
