Channing just officially opened Magic Mike Live in London two days ago, and according to a Vanity Fair
article (read the third paragraph), this franchise (two movies + two stage shows + one Broadway musical is coming) is worth 2-billion now. No wonder he was sending love from London this morning.
https://instagram.com/p/BqzNbXIF6-q He is making a lot of money now, I guess this is why he seems to be not so interested in going back in front of cameras any more. Sign~ I miss him on big screen.
One thing sets Channing and other Chrises and Ryans in Hollywood apart is that he owns his IP, he is not playing a character in a huge franchise created by other people, he creates his own franchise. And at the age of 38, he is in a good place, and it all started from here.

I just read a few MML London reviews, the London critics are so different. Well, when MML opened in Las Vegas in spring 2017, there weren’t that many review and think pieces.
Anyway, I will link to one cringe-worthy fourth-wave feminist review
here. This girl does not seem to know how to have fun. This is her headline - A frenzy of hallucinogenic mansplaining, Fatman Scoop and abs.
One reviewer sums up the show perfectly:
It doesn’t really matter what I or any other critic thinks of Magic Mike Live. The twice-nightly parade of flesh is packed out (with tickets clocking in at £65 to £125 for front row action). And it’s hard to get tickets.
Wish I could go see
@magicmikelive @channingtatum why you gotta be sold out 😩😍
