I had been vacationing in the Mainland of China and Hong Kong in the last three weeks. There're a lot of good things about today's China, but it is frustrating that one cannot use Google, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube. That's why I couldn't update my blog.
Anyway, I am back to the free world. I feel there are a lot to catch up with.
Channing News:
(1) Channing took a voice acting role.
Yeti-centered animated flick "Smallfoot" has tapped Channing Tatum, Zendaya Coleman and Gina Rodriguez for lead voice roles.
While the original Yeti tale is told from humans' point of view, "Smallfoot" will turn Yeti lore 180 degrees. It will focus on a Yeti who believes the existence of humans despite her society thinking the otherwise. The movie is scheduled to be released on September 14, 2018.
It looks like the main character is a female. So will Channing voice a human or a Yeti? To be honest, I hope he will soon take a live action movie.
(2) Channing will be at the NASCAR Coca-Cola 600 event this Sunday to promote Logan Lucky. I wish this indie movie will be a commercial success. It seem Channing is shooting a promo for the movie himself about two weeks ago.
(3) "Step Up" TV series started to film. I think Channing will only serve as a producer on this.
Jamie News
(1) Jamie took another non-mainstream role. Jamie will star in a movie based on the true story of Bryon ‘Pitbull’ Widner, a violent gang enforcer who is decorated in facial tattoos for committing hate crimes. Skin will recount how Widner falls in love with a mother of three daughters outside the gang and turns his back on the gang, resulting in the arrest of its leaders. As he embarks on his new life, the former gang member receives a $70,000 gift from a Holocaust survivor to pay for painful surgery to remove his facial tattoos.
So most of the time, Jamie will be covered with face tattoos? Why does Jamie always take this type of roles?

voice acting job for The Thomas Cole National Historic Site’s new interactive exhibit. The site is not too far from where I live, so I might visit it this summer.
(3) Since Jamie finished filming on Turn S4, he could spend more time with Kate and his son. The three did pinz bowling back in April, just like Channing and his family did on his 37th birthday.
