Surprise in my mailbox
The Vow blu-ray/DVD are to be released next Tuesday, but when I opened my mail box today, I saw this
I pre-ordered it last week from cineplex store. It comes with a free movie ticket, plus 5 free songs from SonyMusicPass.ca, plus 340 Scene points. Pretty good deal. And I got the disc one week in advance :)
I made two video clips. The first one is from the gag reel. Sometimes, opening a door is really difficult. If Leo in this movie is more like Channing in the gag reel, I think the movie will be less sappy, more fun.
The second one is from the director's commentary. It's about the scene of shirtless Leo picking up a stray cat. Channing disagreed with the director's wardrobe decision. Eventually they had to do a rock-paper-scissors, and the director won. I heard of the story before I watched the movie. At that time, I felt a bit bad for Channing. I guess he didn't want people to think that he gets job just because he has a great body. However, after I watched the movie, I had to admit I really liked the scene. In the commentry, the director also mentioned the cue Leo played on guitar was written by Channing's business partner - Reid Carolin. Reid also wrote the script of Magic Mike for Channing.
