306 is not a very strong episode. But Princess Elena is lovely. Also Gaius, LOL.

306 marked the first episode that Uther witnesses the playful side of AM's relationship. I think this is something deserves a mention. What Merlin said to Arthur before his wedding is very interesting. And in this episode Merlin doesn't sound like an A/G fanboy as the writers painted him before. He even thought Arthur wanted some alone time with Elena. Elena is a very interesting character. This kind of romance is what I want to see on the show. The two are fun to watch. On this show Arthur and Elena are arranged to get married, but to me, A/G is the arranged one. If Arthur is a real person, I don't want him to marry Gwen because the legend tells him so.
Finally, this is Merlin's face before the last A/G scene. Not so much an A/G fanboy, isn' he?
