Those tiny little things
I was so excited in the last few hours, reading reports and looking at gorgeous pictures of the Merlin boys. What a terrific weekend for Merlin fandom. Here are what happend in the past week.
May 20 - May 22, 2009

I have this big question mark in my head.
Did Bradley tell Colin that he and Santiago would be at Celebrity Soccer Six?
We have a video now. When asked if any cast member would go to the football game as well. Johnny said he had to work on scripts. Angel or Katie said she didn't know. Then Bradley said he didn't tell them (we don't know for sure whether "them" included Colin or not). Colin simply said no (he would not be there with a bucket of water and a sponge as Johnny Capps put it). We still don't know if Colin knew it beforehand or not.
I just cannot imagine Bradley didn't mention it to Colin. And I assume Bradley invited Santiago to the game. They met again on set, exchanged info, Bradley told him he would play football on May 24, and said why not join me...

Merlin gang went to London MCM Expo. (Colin, Bradley, Katie, Angel + 2 attended)
The cast was asked which episode was their favorite. Both Colin and Bradley answered Ep. 11 - The Labyrinth of Gedref. I think Colin was more honest, saying he had fun with Bradley in a forest (puzzle wood) with a unicorn. He also mentioned their banter or something like that. Bradley was more skilled in handling these questions, saying he likes ep. 11 most because the journey his character went on blah blah blah...
I was reading x_merlin's report about Merlin autograph-signing session.
x_merlin: Well, what about you? Are you a Brad or a Bradley?
Bradley: *thinks* No, I'm a Bradley. Yeah. *is nodding to himself
Colin: *looks at Bradley still nodding to himself, looks at me and shakes his head laughing*
Good material for RPS. I can imagine that that Colin tries to piss Bradley off by calling him "Brad".

Bradley and Santiago played football for Celebrity Soccer Six.
I was readling londinensa's comment. She remembered Bradley said his dad would be well impressed (by his performance). It gives us a glimpse of the father-and-son relationship. I imagine that Bradley's dad also loves football, so he hoped that Bradley could become a professional footballer. Bradley wants to make his father proud (just like Arthur wants Uther's approval). Things didn't turn out that way, but somehow, I believe Pa James IS pround of his son.
