I got the job. The company is called Abbey Mec-tric and they sell steam pressure control devices and low voltage electronics related to steam control. Basically I'll be on a computer typing up price quotes and shipping orders, occasionally doing some warehouse work. Ten bucks an hour, twenty hours a week.
Sensational Subs cards for beer now. I wanted a pitcher to celebrate my new employed status, but my plans were trashed when the guy asked for ID. Oh well. I managed to have a cigarette overlooking the downtown area on a balcony on Peachtree St, listening to some good Daft Punk.
Cheered me up a bit, and hey, I have that job now.
