hey guys! guess what? i'm starring in the next "Analyze This" movie, and it's going to be called, "Honey, I've Overanalyzed That".
i'm so tired. i need to stop rushing around so fucking much, especially when chris is involved.
today was a good day, though. i slept in and then dropped by starbucks to see maria at work. darling girl, i miss not seeing her every day in comm arts. she is doing well. went to school, ordered four foo tickets. today was pretty painless.
ran some errands and then met chris at his place. did the usual, almost made him gravely late for work.
had my last-last day at utne. the offices were basically empty. i finished my project, which looks really good considering i did it all within a week. i kind of regret not taking that project more seriously and doing a really good job on it, because it had the potential of being awesome upon completion. but oh well. that's over with. man, i'm going to miss that parking stipend.
on that note, i desperately need to figure out what i'm doing this summer. i haven't applied for any internships yet, which are all intended for college juniors/seniors/graduates anyway. but. i just need to stop being a lazy fuck, throw my shit together, and fucking apply. i'm going to be so broke this entire summer. depressing. sigh.
so... what, five more days? not soon enough, but i know it's going to fly by. it already has been, i can't believe tomorrow is friday. a week and it's all over. words cannot express...
i'm looking forward to being productive in the summer. that's ironic. but truly, i'm so tired during the school year, doing so much shit all the time and getting exhausted from it... i'm so looking forward to being able to read all sorts of shit, do some quality design work, brush up on my HTML, all sorts of fun things.
mental depreciation that i can feel is not fun, and it's starting to make me feel really icky and worthless.
there was a shooting in a nearby town last night - a woman was shot in the face and upper torso, and the armed man then hijacked a van that pulled over to help out. i thought that was the end of it, but then today i heard that in hudson, the same guy robbed an armed vehicle at the bank, blew up the van he stole, and escaped on foot, without a trace. scary.
in a kind of related note, conceal and carry is entirely stupid. so absurd. i want one of those "MINNESOTANS AGAINST BEING SHOT buttons. namely because they are hilarious. but also because conceal and carry sucks.
