reason #2347230487 i am transferring from this school:
girl: "god, my apartment is like, seriously so gross from those fucking chinese/japanese bug things... or whatever."
boy: "asian beetles, you mean? but yeah, china, japan, whatever, it's all the same over there."
both: [UPROARIOUS LAUGHTER]
... couldn't you have just called them ladybugs? god. fuckers.
i hate my philosophy professor, why is he so attractive but so entirely not a good teacher? i didn't do too great on my paper or my exam. actually, i did better on the exam than i'd expected, but considerably worse on the paper. fuck.
for being such a small school, the system totally does not work. i have been sent around to 230487324 different people just to find out what i have to do here to transfer. and everyone is an asshole who acts all surprised when i say i'm transferring and i need their help - "oh- you're... transferring? well. umm. god, let's see - it's my job to coordinate transfer students and paperwork and everything... but... you have to walk all the way across campus and find the woman that you already went to that sent you to me but is always out of the office sick and you don't need to come back here, ok?"
enough rambling.
the leaves are changing and it's been absolutely beautiful outside this week. like, 80F+ everyday, and really sunny. but it's starting to smell like fall, and the leaves are crunchy and all over the ground... so it's basically perfect. i love it.
in 24 hours i will be home!
