Help kick off the 2009 baseball season AND help benefit a good cause -- the Chicago Cubs Charities -- at the 4th annual "Race to Wrigley" 5K Run which starts and finishes at legendary Wrigley Field. It all starts at 8:00 a.m. at the intersections of Clark & Waveland in the shadow of the iconic ballbark.
The course route proceeds through the streets of the Lake View neighborhood before returning to the stadium where participants will run through Wrigley Field's ground level concourse, finishing under the famed Wrigley Field marquee (located at Clark and Addison).
Chicago Cubs Charities supports community groups and organizations, programs and projects in the neighborhoods around Wrigley Field and throughout Chicagoland.
