One year from the day...
Welp. 1 year day mark from the last time I went inactive on this POS. But I hope to not go inactive again, but I may. (sorry fans).
24 the TV show is beginning to suck it. Some crazy off the wall stuff is going on that is just making it non-believable. An EMP bomb in a corperate building? Some things really upset me like... how they never use MICE on their PCs. They just click a bunch of keys and magically windows appear. Then the interfaces on the PC's kill me. First off; the PC's on the show are all DELL computers, yet they do not use windows. They use some fancy GUI windows-like OS. Some of the windows even are transparent. Yes, I remember that being a buisness need. "CEO: Bob, I want those transparent doo-dads for the thinga-ma-jigs for the whats-its-name, so that we can work more effieciently as a company!". Right. Also kills me how some of the characters spew out such phrases as...
"The capacitors are charging!"
"I can rebuild the files from the deleted pieces"
"Quick! Get me the IP Address for the computer port!"
"Jack's cell phone is not working. Can we send him a network message?" (a god damn network message??! WTF?! how do they even know what computer Jack is using in the room in ANOTHER building that is foreign! But.. it is possible in 24)
OMG... anyways. It also seems like they are bringing people back from Old 24's in small steps to gain momentum to the dieing story. Next episode Jack is going to take on 5 elite black-ops agents with sub-machine guns and night vision. While Jack has a P9 and limited bullets.
On World of Warcraft news I finally got my first purple item! YES! a staff infact. Glowing Brightwood staff. It is godly. That is all.
