random book stuff
So I actually got some non-school reading done for school. My reading list now looks like this (or my currently reading):
The Devil Wears Prada - Lauren Weisberger
Son of a Witch - Gregory Maguire
The Tommyknockers - Stephen King(I've been reading this book for over a year and a half, I've read around a hundred pages. This will be the book that kills me, a. it is way too slow and b. it's at home)
Moby Dick - Herman Melville(Julie from FNL has made me want to finish this book more. Mostly because of her awesome geek comparisons to the football team, town etc. Also at home)
The Red Tent - Anita Diamant

Friday Night Lights - H.G. Bissinger
Lisey's Story - Stephen King
Any books by Elyne Mitchell
Finishing Devil Wears Prada put me at having read 20 books this year and I would like to get to 25. Also all my roomates are leaving this weekend and I am not going to go out and do anything. Yes I know sad and hermit like behaviour but I have gone out every weekend (which basically means I've drank every weekend). So if I could get all my homework done Thursday and Friday and read on the weekend and watch some X-Files I will be very happy.
Oh and on a completely random but semi-related note. People tried to break into the University bookstore across the street. We could here the alarm across the steet and there were campus police. But we were like bookstore?
