as i sit at my computer continuing to avoid writing my paper it begins to rain
i hear screams amongst the announcements of a new batter at the baseball game across the street
i laugh, take a look out the window, laugh some more
the rain quickly stops
i hope they stay and enjoy the game

it starts up again
it might be on and off for a while
i snicker

i remember when a rain on a nice summer day was fun
that was nice
