Pris and gym-ing

Well.. been going to the gym quite frequently nowadays (every Tue and Thursday with the occasional Sats or Sun)

All thanks to my lovable collagues ( it's always fun to have exercise buddies)

Although i'm still in under no conditions to be called "fit", i've noticed pretty much improvements to my fitness levels ever since i started hitting the gym.

Most notably, i've finally managed to endure 25 mins of jogging on the threadmill, though a small feat to some. It's something which i'm considerably pretty proud of since i can still remember my first disasterous attempt at running the threadmill (cannot even jog for 5 mins without stopping and panting like a crazy dog)

However, i still wanna complain..

How come ppl lose weight when they exercise.. but i seem to keep on gaining weight each and every time i step on the weighing machine ar?? Damm depressing one you know? *wails*

SIGH.
