[The video kicks in to show Sam Tyler sitting on the couch in his apartment, opening a beer clutched in his hands. But before he can take a drink he freezes and slowly turns his head to stare at the network device sitting on a nearby end-table. Licking his lips nervously, he lets the beer drop forgotten from his fingers, and he warily reaches for the device.]
I-I'm here. I can hear you...
I'm here.... what do I have to...
[He listens intently for a few minutes, his brow furrowing and he swallows hard. The agitation is clear in his voice as he pleads with the unheard voice.]
Please! Just tell me! TELL ME! Don't leave!!! Please somebody! Help me!
[Sam clutches the device desperately, but his voice drops to a hoarse whisper.]
Help me! How do I ... wake up?
