We've got a problem.

The seemingly innocent case of those 'gift' jackets that I was in the process of closing, appears to something deserving further investigation. Forensics has discovered that the material is in fact of human origin.

Who do we have in the City capable of doing something so monstrous?

I haven't ever seen it personally, but I've heard stories...of vampires who made clothes from human flesh...I didn't think that was really possible, though...

But I've never heard in any mythologies, vampires taking to making clothes out of human flesh. Seems it'd be more of a Frankenstein or 'Silence of the Lambs' type of hobby...

Hm. Well, the problem with this place is that its got an extremely diverse population...including diversity in vampires and therefore, in the correct mythology surrounding them.
