laughably awful yet lengthy prose

Oct 30, 2005 17:17

Things to do before I die (but preferably in the next year):

-Go to the Central Park Zoo

-Ride the Central Park Carousal

-Ice Skate in Central Park

-Go row boating in Central Park

-See the Pride and Prejudice movie

Am I obsessed with Central Park?  Yes, yes I am.

Sooo...I have signed up for NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month @ www.Read more... )

Ha! Don't plan on being eaten by wild dogs either. I'm sure, neither do the rest of the nano-ers.

Edit #2 and writewritewrite!

if ti doesn't matter what you write, can't you just write 1 page and copy it 174 times? you can even just have 174 pages of that and then 1 page conclusion. isn't thata good idea?

so i still don't get this thing or who the weirdo is who made it up

today we had a spelling test. can you spell:

it's
its
whose
who's
piece
character
appearance
sentence
i forgot the rest but i guess now you know how to spell them.

spelling tests are dumb

AP English, huh?

Your NaNo idea has probably entered into the mind of every single NaNo participant at some point in the past. But really, it defeats the whole purpose; there's no prize waiting for you at the end except a major sense of accomplishment, and maybe a congragulatory email or two. If you don't get it and want to get it, go on the website. I think the guy who created it is Chris Baty- he sends us encouraging and funny emails over the course of Novemeber, and he is definately a weirdo. But it's amazing what a huge following he's managed to gather over just a few years. Wanna write a novel in a month?
