a clean slate is the best feeling i can think of right now.
things i love: cat slippers, heated blankets, the late daisy thomas, coming home to missed messages, rabbit hash, ale8, summer nights, clear skies, real conversation, long 2am talks on sitting along gunpowder creek, having something special to look forward to, people who don't leave you behind, friendships that never end, friendships that have just began, chiles, lots of cozy pillows, the south, the sun, warmth, folk, ukulele, demo #1, cigarettes on allison's back porch, potential, "we will get through this", finding what i need, finding what i want, hope, change, fate, coincidence, chance, happiness, curling my toes up with another, purple drink, people who bring out the best in me, long drives and talks with my mother, stars, fog, sleeping in, frosted flakes, love.
things i hate: intimidation, chicago winters, constant cold feet (literally), people who let you down, people who leave you behind, "friends" who take your friendship for granted, missing that friendship, sleeping alone, missing someone, crying too much, my doggy dying, waking up earlier than i intended, rudeness, ignorance, bros.
i count my blessings, knowing you will take me home.
