I had a good bday :) Nick and I were gonna go to dinner and then see Alice in Wonderland but it was sold out, so we decided to go home and make cupcakes. His mom gave me this really neat book called Hello, Cupcake!. So we made... penguins!!

What's the head and the beak made out of? They're SOOOOO cute! I'm SO glad you had a great bday! And I'm glad you're gonna have a good anniversary too. Continue to get better and take care of yourself! xoxo

The beak is half of a starburst and the body/head is a donut hole on top of a mini donut on top of the cupcake. It's basically a penguin-shaped tower of sugar :D

Nick did help make them, so his could be boogers, but mine are white frosting with mini chocolate chips for the pupils
