neways the words on the picture are lyrics from one of the songs and they mean

This story of hearts lasted only a few moments,
and then where did you go, and where did I?
it makes more sense ifu know the story and understand the context of the word 'caravan- in this case a group of travelers.
also soudns so much more beautiful in hindi.
