coz that happen in Mr. Children. they were severely invited but i dont know why the reject it.

I don't think Kohaku is rejecting them, maybe they want to rotate their artists thats all.

Plus arashi will be in Johnny's Countdown, I think there the most popular group in JE right now.
They would do what Tokio does when they are invited to Kohaku, attend Kohaku and arrive to the JE coundown late.
