project (ish) time!
i know there's a ton of fans from all over the world and it can be hard to find communities in your own language. i'd like to start a list of sites, forums, blogs, and other communities that are good resources. if you run a site or there's one(s) you frequent, please comment with the title, a link, and a short descrition of what's available (especially if it's somewhere that requires membership or isn't in english).

pre-photo - digipri, will only ship to japanese address

celga - deputy service for y!j auctions, ticket.co.jp, &tc., will special order, reasonably priced, ships ems from japan
