all j-pop videos have copyrights to them, and when peope post them on youtube, those people are violating the copyright. trumpetplaya's subbed miyavi pv got banned for copyright infringement, so she was scared and deleted all of her other videos, too.
Hontoni!? I see then. I suppose life isn't free. Wouldn't it be good for Jpop to be reconized through youtube audience, I mean that's just limiting exposure. Yeah I'd be scared to get sued too. Poor girl/boy.
that's a debate which doesn't have an answer yet. i think it's mainly the record companies that want everyone to buy the music videos while artists themselves don't really care. some artists post youtube videos of themselves on their blogs.
i made a fanvid before and used a couple of clips from a w-inds. tour document and the its in the stars 1st press dvd...and that got banned D=...i didn't use the entire thing or anything either...just a few seconds here and there...so i guess w-inds.' companies are really big on limiting the distribution of official video releases.....
